Challan Forms can be attained from PJHF Head Office or you can download the form through our downloads section. For payment you need to pay your dues in Bank of Punjab, Civil Secretariat Branch. You are requested to kindly clear any discrepencies if there are any for hastle free transfer, make sure you have all the necessary documents with you.
