Applicant has to submit application along with copy of ownership certificate, copy of CNIC, 4 original copies of building plan drawing along with A,B Form issued by an architect or provided by Towns Planning Section of PJHF & copy of physical possession certificate. After issuance & submission of building plan fee challan, applicant has to submit application along with copy of paid challan & CNIC.  
   
What is the procedure of Completion Certificate? Top
Applicant has to submit application along with copy of ownership document (exemption letter/allotment letter/transfer letter), copy of CNIC, Original electricity or SUI Gas bill, NOC from neighbors regarding double story bathroom & in case of additional alteration plan revise building plan is required. After issuance & submission of violation/processing fee challan, applicant has to submit application along with copy of paid challan & CNIC.

Applicant has to contact Finance Department in order to take Stamp Duty. Rate & value of stamp duty is according to the DC rate i.e 2 % of total DC rate of particular property.
