PJHF Town Planning Section is responsible for managing land resources. It involves the control of existing and new developments, as well as stretegy preparation to ensure manage future requirements.
- Establishment of Journalists Schemes
- Preparation of layout plans of Journalists Schemes
- Scrutiny/ sanctioning of building plans in accordance with the approved building By-Laws/ regulations
- To compound violations against approved plans/building regulations in accordance with the instructions, orders and policy in force, from time to time
- To sanction sub - division of plots, on payment of prescribed fees, in accordance with the instructions, orders and policy in force, from time to time
- To keep coordination with development authorities
